My appt of 7:45 am turned into an appt for 10:30 am due to backlog and the maintenance was not completed until 11:30. 3.5 hour wait for a simple oil change and multi point inspection. However, theough the inspection, there was additional work that needed to be done such as replacement of battery (which was replaced by Longo 2 years ago and still under warranty) and light bulbs for the headlight. The service consultant really had nothing to do with it, but am disapponted with the backlog and long wait.
