After waiting eight -- EIGHT -- hours and incurring $600 of repair costs, my car was finally ready. Upon entering your payment center I was "greeted" by a payment associate with the command, "LEAVE!" Apparently the ubiquitous glass shields and mandatory mask policy isn't enough. Whatever screwy social distance policy this racist individual was implementing in your payment center, it should have been done with a bit more civility. I was a loyal customer who did not deserve to be treated like the gum on the bottom of an employee's shoe. I drove all the way from California City because I always appreciated the great service I got at Longo. Not anymore. I used to love Longo; now I hate it. Going back to Keyes.
