I was promised the car will be ready by 5:30pm. I dod mot get out until 6:10pm. I was disappointed very much. I bought my toyota Camry hybrid in 2014 and brining to the service from that time. Service manager is good. i bought extended dervice for maintenance. I not sure brimg my car there anymore and will not recommemd to my friends

I was in for a recall repair. Alex Leyva explained the process, he also Upsold me a minor service policy which also provided an oil change and tire rotation, I asked him to check the brakes. He said it would take a little extra time but should be ready by 11am. He reported back to me by phone when truck was ready for pick up, gave me an update on the brakes and had the truck ready by time promised. In at 7am out by 11. Overall happy with Mr. Leyva.
Also cashier recapped services performed. I appreciated that.
Good experience today.
