My appointment was for 10:45 AM.I arrived at 10: 33 AM, At 10:48AM. I was inform that my vehicle would be ready around 12 and 12:30PM, if not sooner. I made Albert Lopez aware, I would be waiting for my vehicle. At approximately 1 PM I attempted to reach Albert, but his line just rang. At approximately 1:30 PM I tried calling Him again, this time I left him a message to call me, regarding the status of my vehicle. A few minutes later I called him again, again no answer. I contacted his backup. I inform him, that I had being waiting for my vehicle for 3 hours. He responded he would look into the matter. He returned my call shortly and informed me my vehicle was being worked on. I spoke with service manager Matthew Menendez, and I shared my concerns and total disappointment. In return I got an apology and some excuses about being under staff. He did indicate he would be addressing my concerns Albert. I fail to see why your dealership would call me to setup an appointment, when it means nothing. Wasting over 3 hours of my time for an oil change, is totally unacceptable. I don't know why I am wasting my time sharing this information, it's all COVID-19 fault.
