Alex was fine and explained the service. My problem is that I made an appointment for an oil chance at 9:20am. I arrived at 9:10am. I did not leave until past 1pm. It’s ridiculous to wait 4 hours for a simple oil change when I made an appointment.

I thought payment through my phone was a great idea until I found out that I still had to get in line to sign off on the paperwork before getting my vehicle back. Then I still had to wait for about 10 minutes my car to be brought to the front. It seems to me that there’s opportunity here for a more efficient process.

I lost and entire day’s of work.Robert and Mather the service managers were completely inadequate with handling the problem.
