The thing I was bothered by was the rep. Told me they were going to wash it after service and then he called me to tell me the service was done and I ask him again did they wash it and he said yes and I go pick it up and they never never washed it and that ticked me off a bit because he lied and didn’t check it before I got there so I’m pissed for the dishonesty. I would hope Toyota care about integrity and lying is not integrity so you guys need to work on that 100% not good business
