If there was a way to leave Alex Ayala an 11 on a scale from 1-10, I absolutely would! I visited Longo last week on Thursday after my tire got a flat. I changed the tire at home myself, called and was told to stop on down for an emergency appointment. When I got there it was really busy, but when Alex Ayala was available, he went straight to my car to check me in. After our conversation, and after his careful review of my tire, he was able to let me know what my options were. After I agreed to the replacement of my tire, Alex promptly ordered it and told me to call back next week on Monday as the tire would be in by then. I wanted to give it an extra day, just in case, so I called today. I was transferred to Alex and he was very kind and friendly. Alex scheduled me for same day service. I was able to bring the car in, and he promptly took care of me. I have been at Longo other days waiting for my car for a duration of time, but today the process was quick, and smooth. I am very happy with Alex's high level of outstanding customer service. PLEASE commend him for his exceptional service. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and his sharp customer skills in taking care of my baby, that is my Toyota Prius. Thank you!
