I had a 12 pm appointment for routine service including an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I was told that the car would be ready by 5pm, maybe a little earlier.
I complained. Your staff said it was a very busy day and they were short staffed. They also said an appointment is only a guarantee that the service will be done that day, not a specific time.
What??? What is the point of an appointment?
