Well it started out great with the check in from Kayla Santos. Completely professional and personable. The service was completed earlier than expected which was great! I get a text saying the car is ready to go home, which I love that feature, I get the car and the driver grinded my gears, not on purpose but now I worry about issues later down the road. The "maintenance required" message wasn't reset, and luckily I am very grateful for Mr Menendez who called me regarding my wheel lock key. The mechanics never put it back in my car. I own a lexus and by far Lexus services are a bit on top of things...
