I don’t know what happened but they put the wrong price on my invoice. I was made to go to the cashier to pay multiple times and had to wait in line a bunch of time. I don’t understand where the mistake with me but the coupon price was not applied to the bill. I had to wait for the people to fix it and finally the manager did help me to resolve it. I don’t understand what happen today because it’s usually a smooth and efficient experience. Alex was fine customer service wise and kind. I did go back and ask him if it would be a problem because I noticed that the invoice said the total amount. He did show me that the coupon was on there. So I don’t know if someone else dropped the ball so to speak. The manager did fix the mistake and he did give me some compensation so that was good in the end.

Good morning, had an appointment at 8 am on Tuesday. Donovan was very helpful. He said the car would be ready in a couple of hours. So I decided to go to work. Got a call by Donovan that was car was ready to be picked up about 1 1/2 which was great. But after picking my car up i put gas and the check engine light came on. I was in Monterey park. So I had to drive back to Longo and waited 2 hours and lost work time because of it. After my car was done. The inside of my car smelled like gas and oil. I knew that the gas had to be half way before getting serviced but I had no choice to fill up after it was fixed the first time.
