Ryan Matthew was courteous but I wish the person he passed my off to would have explained to me what was wrong with my car, in person, as I was in the waiting room. When I received the call all she said my car was ready but didn't mention what was wrong until I asked her.

Jesús was awesome with his customer service! Even though I had an appointment at 11:45 am he assured me they he would do his best to get me out in a reasonable time. As always I was out in time. And my car was given a car wash. Jesús is always super friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He noticed that my tire sensor was on and he made sure to explain to me that it was handled and also explained as to why they go on during this time due to the weather.
