I was satisfied with my overall experience at Longo Toyota. But I was quite unimpressed with Mr. Leyva's customer service. I didn't feel valued as a guest and felt a little dismissed in my interactions with him. Being in the customer service industry myself, even the smallest gesture in a smile, eye contact, a Thank You, and body language makes all the difference. As I was waiting in line for my turn, a gentleman (I would presume a Manager as he was dressed in a suit) greeted me and informed me that someone will assist me soon - that simple gesture made all the difference as a guest waiting in a very long line. Although Mr. Leyva was not rude or disrespectful of any sort, I will say that subpar customer service is frankly not great customer service. And as a customer of Longo Toyota for many years, I was quite disappointed in that regard.
