I was told that my water pump was leaking and encouraged to repair it. I asked if it was covered by platinum coverage and was told warranty would cover it if it was leaking. So it was good enough to repair if I paid for it but not Longo. I feel like I was being hustled. I’m 75. Taken advantage of?
