I'm gonna text you the review even though I do feel like it's going to go nowhere... my last service, I pulled up without an appointment at around 10am and left at least 4hours later... not happy, so this time I made an appointment for 12:15 and left at least 4hours later... so with or without an appointment, it takes at least 4 hours to finish servicing my car... so absolutely pointless to make an appointment... I think that's where y'all's problem is at... squeezing non appointment guests in between appointments to maximize cars serviced, which must be great for you guys $$$ but leaves guests unhappy... not to mention this time my guy calls me that the car is ready at 3:20pm and I got my car at 4:30pm... Unfortunately I cannot comment on the actual person that serviced my vehicle because my car cannot tell me how good or bad it feels after the service, but the amount of time it takes to finish the service is just outrageous... I took my other car that I purchased at Longo to a different Toyota dealer to get serviced recently... dropped the car off at 8am and received a call 2 hours later saying my car was ready... Covid, short staffed, is not a good excuse here... if you know you are short staffed, then don't jam up appointments and also squeeze non appointments in between!!! I get it... Longo "knows" that y'all are the biggest Toyota dealership... congrats on that and I do appreciate certain areas of your operation and establishment... but don't take in what you can't handle, don't just go off of numbers, but rather consider your loyal customers feelings!!!
