My car was serviced for 115K service and according to the service invoice, it includes checking and refilling all fluids. When I opened the hood the following day to clean, I found out that my washer fluid and coolant fluid are on a low level. This makes me doubt that the service was done completely by your service technician. I also found out that the oil tank cap was loose. It looks like it was just placed on the top and was put back properly. It was very disappointing. I emailed the director for service department but never received any response from him. What a,shame.
