The appointment scheduler and the reasons a customer takes in a vehicle in for service and the process for checking in a vehicle is a broken process. The main reason I took in my vehicle for service was totally missed and it took longer than necessary to not fully service my vehicle. At most what was originally serviced on my vehicle should've taken no more than 2.5 hours but instead it took overt 5 hours even sheet I complained about the main service missed.
I will be reaching out to the dealership management for further review.
