Martin was super helpful and very nice. Took care of me even though he wasn’t originally assigned to me. Kept me updated on my car. Also gave me a head start in my semi long drive back to the dealer by calling me a little before my car was ready. Recognized me when I got back to the dealer and walked and directed me to where car pick up was. Thanks Martin! We will be back again!

I was not satisfied with the service because although I hadn't make an appointment we dropped both cars, my husband's and mine for service at the exact same time.
His car was done 2 hours before mine, I was at the dealer for 5 hours, too much time.
