Noli and his team is very patient & accommodating. I even just walked in without appointment. I went back from the last time maintenance to addressing some issues about my car. He even suggesting and given me a free rental car for one night considering that I live far from Longo so I don’t need to wait for half of my day and stuck into a traffic. Also the technician have enough time to fixed the car ready for me for the next day. My car is on running condition again although there’s some recommendations but not necessary done right away. The Longo customer service was great but I don’t know if they test drive the car after a new tire was installed because the steering wheel is off center and I think the alignment was off. My interior driver door was dirty with greasy fingerprints and it was never wipe down. Now, I need to bring it to another shop to do the alignment. At least, the customer service was great. Thank you.
