The guy who helped us really took care of us. When I reached out to him in regards to an issue that we had with the rental company on site,he handled it right away. I only didnt have a good experience because it wasnt a smooth transaction between leaving our truck for service and getting our rental car. Enterprise gave us more of an issue because what we were told by toyota was incorrect.

During the 25,000 service, informed me that our vehicle had recall for the fuel pump. He recommended we address the recall issue that same visit as to avoid future vehicle problems and anadditional visit. He promised the vehicle would be ready that same day prior to 7 PM. The vehicle was ready approximately around 5:50PM.
