Edward was professional, but was very off on the estimated time my vehicle would be ready. Estimated time given to me was 2pm. At 3pm I walked over to his station to check on the status of my vehicle. He checked for me and said it shouldn’t be much longer. Around 3:30 I received a text from Edward saying it was ready. After 30 minutes, I went to ask the cashier Wendy, was very rude. I understand she couldn’t hear me through my mask. She just slams the pen down and tells me to just write my number down as she slams the pen down and rolls her eyes. I was tired and had other things to do. Wendy’s bad attitude did not help. I would have given Edward a great review if it wasn’t for Wendy. There are certain things out of a person’s control. One’s own attitude isn’t one of them.
