I have a 2021 Camry xse. I took my car to have the rear spoiler replaced because it was coming unglued. They replaced it and did a horrible job. Now ur district manager who’s name is Daniel suh checked it on Thursday 5/27/21 and said there was nothing wrong with it, which we strongly disagreed. Now my mother who leased the vehicle is very upset with longos assessment. We purchased two new cars. We asked to speak with the distract manager and we were told that we could not speak to him. How do we know that he even looked at the vehicle?We asked again to speak to him b4 picking up the vehicle and were told that would not b possible. We are very unhappy with this situation and as a family who were pleased with purchasing Toyota’s until this situation, we will no longer b recommending family and friends to visit longo until this matter is resolved.WE ARE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!

My overall experience at Longo (and with Toyota Headquarters) was not positive, and my impression of Toyota brand and service quality has diminished. If my open issues with my vehicle are not resolved, Toyota will have lost me as a customer and referral source.
