Martin was awesome. However I frankly am disappointed with your parts operator system. I understand COVID makes it so much harder but my car needed Serviceinformationen for more than a month. I called two or three times and even asked if I could drop off at night and rent a car. Was always discouraged about doing anything like that and offered appts two weeks or more in the future. Am so busy and out of desperation I just showed up in a Friday night asking to drop off and rent a car. Martin was awesome and said no problem. Further, my car was done by 10 am. The service operator needs to offer real world options and work with the customer.
