I dropped off my car at 1:30pm and was told my car would be ready at 4pm. At around 4:15pm, Edward still did not provide me any updates. I had to call and text for the status update. He finally got back to me at around 4:30. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours onsite, one would expect to get a courtesy call and not have to ask for an update.
