The service was fine, I believe. Eric was great. After his shift was over I felt the next rep, Mandi Davis, wasn’t very great with communication. I was told my car was ready. I came back, stood in line. My paperwork was not ready. I was told to wait another 10-15 minutes. Had to wait in the long line again until I was able to sign my papers.
I also wish I had a ride home, as an exception, considering I wasn’t expecting the car to be done at time of closing. I was provided with a ride to my doctors appointment and back to the dealership but not home.
