All the customer service reps are fantastic. One even helped a customer by providing them a mask. And even when the customer declined everyone kept their cool. It should be policy to not serve people who can’t follow basic safety protocol. It’s harmful to the health of many clients

Mandi provided excellent customer service. I had mobility issues because of a recent foot surgery but was going to wait for my car to be serviced. It was going to take longer than i expected because of a recall. I live outside of the shuttle area and was going to have to come back for a second trip to split up the service and recall wait time. She provided me with a rental so i would not have to make two trips. I really appreciate her assistance.

I was very upset at what happened during the pickup of my car. I was called at 2 that car was ready and paperwork is at cashier. I arrived just before 5 got in line and told no paperwork wait till name is called. 45 minutes later got in line no paperwork. Hunt down supervisor at 6 in service department got the car. There is more to the story. But no one at cashier office tried to solve problem. I had to Hunt down supervisor or I would still be there
