I was NEVER alerted when my vehicle my vehicle’s repairs were completed . There is a rep named Justin who was able to help me retrieve my vehicle at the end of a long day. I have been to Longo service dept. many times over the years but this was easily my WORST experience. The lines of communication were awful. The so called text alerts, I was supposed to get , NEVER happened. Which is usually a reliable corm of updates in my past experiences.
