Albert has always been really helpful. My car was having alignment issue. Albert called a couple of times to inform me of my car’s status while it was in service. I really appreciate that.

Joseph was very professional and kind. He offered to let my mom sit on the stool when she wanted to sit, even though the chair was his. He told me an estimate of when the car would be ready and it was done much earlier but I wasn’t able to make it back that early since we had taken a shuttle back and my mom had an appointment. Overall, Joseph was very polite and professional. He’s excellent in customer service and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Longo representative.

I advised Bruce that a quotation was showed at the time the car would turn on and before picking my car up I was advised that everything was completed and the advise quotation was also gone. Next morning I turned on my car and the light was there again, which means they must off not checked everything on my car. I am upset and disappointed because I spend some of my vacation time and was waisted for nothing now I will have to make time again to stop by again, I feel I am just given the run around that’s bad business
