Alex is an excellent Service Department Representative. I had my Tacoma in for a regular service but had a specific request for help with programming the door locks. He took the time to contact the department who could help with the programming and made arrangements for them to do the work while I had my truck there for the regular service. He contacted me on 4 separate occasions to keep me informed of the progress on my truck and let me know the time to expect all of the work to be completed. Sure enough, Alex called at just the time he had promised and my truck was ready for me to pick up! At all times, Alex was courteous and very pleasant! You have a gem of a Service Dept. agent there and he should be highly commended as an outstanding representative of Longo Toyota! I began my affiliation with Longo in 1985 and absolutely will never shop at another dealer because of people like Alex at Longo!! THANKS SO MUCH, ALEX and THANKS to Longo Toyota!!!
