I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:30 pm. I called ahead to see if they could take me earlier, at 2:30, and was told “yes”.
The service was not completed until almost 6pm, and my vehicle was not washed. In addition the rear wipers were turned on, leaving debris marks on the glass.

Only criticism I have is, not of Alex, but of the 3 hour wait time. I got there at 8:30 AM and didn’t leave until 12:30 PM. Would be great to drop the car off and be given a rental so I could go back home or to the mall or something.
