I had my doubts about Longo Toyota from my previous experiences. Whenever I address a concern they tend to brush me off to the side and tell me the same thing to avoid finding a solution. This is why I don’t do business in buying cars at Longo no more even if I live down the street. However, Edward proved me wrong today when I told me about my gas tank. He went out of his way and asked many sources before he can give me a definite no. We need more guys like him who can hear a problem and solve it without taking the easy way out. I am glad he resolved my issues. Thanks Edward. He deserves my respect. I don’t normally do these survey but I feel this man deserves it.

The only thing I was disappointed with, is that I had to pay over $50 for an Uber because the shuttle was going to take over 45 minutes and it also stopped running at 4pm to get me back.
