This did not have to do with Alex Ayala. The last few times I have taken my car in for service, it has taken twice the normal time to have it done. It seems like too many appts are made close together. It is frustrating for the client. Hopefully this can be addressed.

Donovan was an excellent rep & went the extra mile to see what could be done for my faulty AC hose. My issue is with your parts and how short they last. This has occurred multiple times. Recently, got a new AC hose installed in 2/2020 and discover when I was having my car serviced 5/2021 that it was faulty. I had the same original issue again. The technician said it is unusual for hose (or my issue to reoccur) in that short time. I hardly drove or used AC during the pandemic since I was WFH. But, he talked to service manager and nothing could be done since past warranty. but, it is obvious by the low mileage on the car meant little use. Another time I had the front axle replaced & then had to have it replace again after several months because it was also faulty. Luckily, under warranty. And, when I bought my corolla from Longo, had to have the radio replaced within the 1st year because the electronics were faulty only to have the same problem several years later. It is amazing how many repeat issues (because the Toyota parts don’t seem to last). My Longo Corolla has had, in addition to odd auto door not unlocking issues which I paid $1000+ to have one door, driver passenger, fixed. All my services were with Longo. And, I don’t drive car much under 10,000 miles yearly. Being a longtime Nissan (Maxima) client prior to coming to Toyota I have not been impressed.

He did an excellent job. The ball was dropped by the service/parts department which didn’t have the parts/fluid needed for the service Noli sold me. So that means I need to come back.
I paid for the parts dept to order a gas door for my 2016 Avalon. My original just fell off at the gas station, but I saw no hinges or wires. For something so small it’s going to be very expensive to replace, but that doesn’t matter. I know it will be done right.
My car looked great after having it detailed!! I went from Longo to Sam’s to get gas and a man at a nearby pump complimented me on my beautiful car!! High praise!!
