My key fob was not presented to me during the turnover of my car from the Toyota rep to myself. After driving away and then parking my car, and looking for the key fob, it was nowhere to be found. After searching frantically, knowing it had to be in the car for the car to be started, I finally found it underneath the passenger seat. The key fob should have been handed to me by the rep when he turned the car over to me.

Daniel my rep was great. The one thing that can be improved is I was called and told my car was ready and within 15 minutes my paperwork word be at the cashier. From when I was troll my care was ready and received my car was one hour. That needs to be improved.
