I should say Albert is one of the most considerable and enthusiastic service provider, and he is a rich experience and high knowledge of business he handles. At this appointment, I was so annoyed at myself as I should come for this service appointment in April, already two months lost, which will cause next service beyond the 2 years factory care coverage; he told me “don’t worry, our system is reasonable, the lost two months can be added back, and your next service will be eligible to Jan 2022.” I am 100 percent satisfaction with this answer, and I am sincerely appreciate your great service, one again, thank you so much great LONGO TOYOTA people, and see you guys next service.

Yesterday was our first service on the Camry. I was bragging to my wife about my previous experiences at Longo Toyota. When we pulled up one car was ahead of us. Sermed like a slow day, not too many cars waiting. We proceeded to wait 5 minutes in the car watching the service professionals chat with each other. Prior to the service my wife called and told them about the coin holder not working. When we finished checking in the service professional said it would be about 4 hours. We were not prepared for the wait, but it was understandable considering it was the first service. I asked the service professional if the car would be washed. He replied yes. When my wife picked up the car 4 hours later. The coin holder was not fixed and the car was not washed. I felt bad bragging to wife earlier about the exceptional service I received in the past. The service team fell short of the high expectations that Longo Toyota has demonstrated in the past. Definitely a poor customer experience. Should I direct these comments or email someone else regarding my experience?
