The reason why I’m not completely satisfied is someone from this company has got in touch with me about my oil change and gave me a price of $39.99 promotion which I made an appointment. So I came in today and this associate, Agustin Jauregu, said there was no such thing and wanted me to show some proof or coupon to validate if I said was true. He wanted to charge me $80 instead. The associate did not only believe me, but asked me to stand there and insisting to show him proof. I had already informed him that you guys called me and gave me this promotion, why would I lie about it and waste my time explaining? It should be the employee’s job to confirm in the system if the customer’s information is accurate. The situation kept going back and forth and looked like Agustin was getting angry. Moments later, he came back to tell me that there was a note indicating that a person has spoken with me and offered the $39.99 to me. This could have been all avoided had he just took a moment and confirm my information rather rushing and completely blow me off. Therefore, the overall experience was not pleasant and needs to be improved upon.

Noli Evangelista was excellent. Oil change and brake check took like over 5 hours. I was there 8am for my 845 am appointment. Because my car might be ready at 3 pm I was given a free rental. Due to It being Friday I brought the back rental car the next morning and picked up my car. I should have been given a complimentary coupon for coffee and a cookies or something from subway. I left longo Toyota after I was given a rental car at about 11am.
