Donovan was great! He help us and let us know that they needed more time on the car. My husband talked to Matthew because there was a part needed and we live 40 miles away. He made sure that arrived before we drove there. There was one issue with the car where the front end wasn’t fastened properly. We caught it before we left and brought it to Donovan’s attention. He took the car back and brought it back fully fastened. We are happy.

Noli is the best, always very professional and always friendly. BUT, I’ve been taking my car there year a few years. I’ve noticed that I used to get my car back by 12:00 at the latest. But the last 3 times or so I’ve been leaving there around 3:30. One time I went in just for a tire change I was there till 4:00. I have to take a full day off of work. Today I left at 3ish. Got on the freeway I can feel my car pulling to the right side. I was so upset I don’t want to take it back because I don’t have the time off for awhile.
