Our Service Representative Manager, Albert Lopez, did a great job as he has done for us for many years. Very knowledgeable and always keeping me well informed with the status of my vehicles.
I am, however, completely dissatisfied and frankly disappointed at the service technician’s utter lack of “Attention to Detail” in the use of the gloves he wears while performing his services. While inspecting my sun visors during a diagnostic of my electrical systems, he left both of the visors completely covered in black fingerprint grease mark’s making them disgusting and ruining them. I am just dumbfounded at what goes through their minds when they don’t wipe their gloved hands because their own hands are protected. This practice goes beyond just our most recent service technician, as I have observed countless numbers of technicians doing the same thing of not wiping their gloved hands before touching the car’s interior. I would be surprised if my concerns are not echoed by the thousands of customers serviced daily by Longo.
