I did not like the way my head lights came out still has non clean up spots on both head lights I took it back but service guy did not want to redo and I have guaranteed I would like redone thank you! P.S. J. Rameriez was good.

I'm still waiting for Kirk Wallace to send me, via email, the recommendation of services for my vehicle.
When I picked up my vehicle he was not there so I spoke to his associate (Ed ?) Who informed me of recommended service needs for my vehicle. He said that he or Kirk would send me an email regarding this. I still have not received any emails from them.
I'm concerned about the needs of my vehicle and would like to address them before I use my vehicle to go on vacation.
Service at Longo Toyota used to be very good, but lately it's been NOT up to par. Its been so busy that the quality of service has not been good.
I trust the workmanship of the technicians but service in general has been poor.
For example, when I bring my car in for regular maintenance and have other issues, the service manager s would just take care of the maintenance and ask me to bring my vehicle back to check out the other issues. This is NOT convenient for me. I have the vehicle there already ... why can't they check out the other issues? Response, "oh sorry, we're too busy right now, you have to bring it back again".
This is NOT good service !!!
I hope that Longo addresses these issues asap otherwise I would have to take my vehicle elsewhere.

This is the second time I have to take my car back to longo toyota to get my tire light indicator rest after my services. I drove my car on the fwy after my service, mid-way home, the tire light indicator show up. I take my car back, the agent told me that they forgot to rest my tire light indicator.
I just purchased an extended service warranty from longo toyota, hopefully there won't be a third time that this will happen again.
