Car was ready 30 minutes BEFORE quoted. Understandably it was Saturday and the service dept closes early, BUT my car was not washed with 2 hours left before closing. I called earlier in the week to doublecheck about the carwash policy as I had to an appt to get my front windshield replaced afterwards and could not get it washed for a few days. I could saved a lot of time getting it replaced beforehand if I had known.
