The estimated time for the service was at least an hour off. And this new text message update, did not even give me any progress updates. Only when the service started. I had to call in a few times to get information on what was going on. I believe the department might have been short staff to have a car brought in at 8:30am and not finish until 5:30pm. In the past, it would have been before 3.

Noli is awesome made me feel like I known him for a while. He greeted my family with snacks and water and made my 30 min wait very comfortable.
