Only comment I'd make is that I got there at 8 for an 8:15 appointment and didn't leave until 9:40, granted 30-40 min was at enterprise, but still brutal for an appointment.

Very good service, as usual. I walked in for Toyota Care service and was out 30 minutes before the time the car was promised.
Only issue is that appointments are always booked several days in advance but walk in has been working for me.

Very professional and personal. I would recommend Gregg to anyone on any day. However when I received my vehicle for the recall replacement to the backdoor ECU, I had to have the technician redo it because the plastic liner was not pushed in properly leaving a big gap. My concern for that day was it should have been properly inspected prior to the delivery, but somehow that was not done. The sad part was it took me but a few seconds to look at my vehicle and noticed that something was wrong. I hope that this does not happen again to anyone and I hope there are better quality control. I for one will never buy a Toyota again.
