Albert provided me one of if not the best customer service experiences with details and individual attention.
My NO response is not because of customer service, rather the repair work.
I had my dashboard replaced, but I just learned my backup camera and one of the air vent no longer worked or did not properly.
Plan to call to drop the car to have those checked.

Was very disappointed with the service first my problem never got solve second they told me that the car was going to take lots of time that's why I took over home and paid 30 dollars cause you guys could take me home too many miles and then after 3 hrs they called me that the car is done and could solve the problem then I come back next year and was told the car would be wash when got car it was not wash then I told them and they porley wash the car but the inside was never vacamun next time will take car to glendale or Pasadena or even studio city I have a Lexus from longo and there service is always great that's why I came the long way but I guess Toyota longo is very poorly
