Ryan was Great , but I waited from7:15 am to 12:45 pm. And I did had an appointment at 7 am in that day . And I used my AAA and I add an extra service but they would not deduct more than 50 also the %10 should be 66.90 . To me you should honor all of the discount .

Daniel Tieu was very pleasant, kind and courteous, addressing All my service related questions; plus texted (responded) quickly when I had more concerns. Ensured my daughter's car was serviced quicker (instead of estimated 90 mins for 10k Toyota Care maintenance, he had it done in 50 less mins).
