I had an appointment for 11am, I checked in at the driveway and was the 3rd car in line at the appointment drive. There were lots of people just walking around, some helping customers, most just talking with other employees. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before Bilagio came over. I have never had to wait like that since I've been coming to Longo. Did the Service Manager change? Because the one I met would not have put up with this. Yes you're going through a remodel, but that had nothing to do with the service of the customer. I would usually recommend Longo, but I can get the same crappy service at all of the other Toyota dealers around. That's why I choose Longo. Not Bilagio's fault, but I'm disappointed with my service at Longo this time.

Ruby was great to accommodate me for things that were out of her control (delays etc) and she was good about communicating it. However, I was dissatisfied with the actual delays, as well as the condition of the car upon return.
First off no one told me my drivers side floor matt had to be removed for safety reasons...no one mentioned anything about this previously to me getting the car back. Second, the "service at this date or this amount of miles" sticker was not changed, so I have no idea when to bring my car back in currently. Third - I asked Ruby when I dropped off the car if I could also get a car wash while they were at it and was told it would be no problem, but when I got the car back today it clearly had not been washed, which I find unacceptable considering you had the car for 5 days.
Again much of this is out of Ruby's actual control, but I was pretty disappointed given the amount of money I had to spend on the car, as well as the amount of time I was without the car due to delays.
