I bought the new Toyota corolla 2017 a week back and On June 3rd , i was in Longo service center for Anti theft alarm installation but due to mistake between Longo internal team , theft patrol was reactivated which was already activated during car purchase. When i got the paper work i did check with the service team on the description " Theft patrol" and informed i am here for Anti theft alarm installation . they assured me Alarm will be installed but after 4 hours of waiting , when i got the car Alarm was not installed but instead theft patrol was reactivated.
I informed it to sales and service team , rescheduled the appointment to June 11th. Could you please make sure both Anti theft alarm and theft patrol are installed and activated.
