I had an appointment at 8:45 am to do a simple oil change on my car. I did not get my car back till 1230pm. The time promised was 11am. The turnaround time for an oil change is ridiculous. It took close to four hours to do a simple oil change with an appointment. I was promised the time of 11 AM. I did not get my car back till 1230Pm. I go out of my way to come to this dealership for the service (24 miles one way). I wasted my whole Sunday (8:00am to 1: 30pm from leaving my house to arriving back home) to do a 30 - 45 minute service. Going forward, I will be going to my local Toyota dealership so I don't have to ever experience this again. On a side note, the service advisor Melissa was pleasant and she was nice. Please do not let this reflect on her. I was upset with the turnaround time, not her.
