I made appointment for 9am. I had to wait almost 30 min for person. Then he told me my car should be done by 1pm. When I expressed shock that a regular checkup will take over 3 hours, he said they were overbooked. He said he will try to get my car done quicker. Also I requested the warning sticker on drivers side window be taken off. But this wasn't done.

We went for an oil change, were told on Thursday it was out last free oil change but after a four hour wait(10am appointment)we were told we didn't get an oil change and that we didn't have a free oil change left. Why weren't we told before we wasted 4 hours of our day ?? By the way we won't be returning to Longo for basic maintenance. Very,very angry !!! I also will STOP referring people to Longo !!!
