I have no complaints about Biagio. He was courteous n professional but my issue is with the results of my service. I had a ding repaired but it actually turned out worse. Biagio said that he was gonna have someone else take a lool at it. I'm just sad that the car has a worser damage than when I took it initially.

I scheduled a service at 9:30am, the guy told me it'd take 3 hours, and I could either wait there or have them give me a ride home, I went for the latter option. I waited 40 minutes until they have a shuttle ready, which wasn't a big deal, I could live with that. At around 12:15 I got a call saying my car will be ready in 15 minutes, and that guy asked if I need a ride back to Longo, so far everything's great. But then the driver came at 2:15pm, I was a bit disappointed for that long of a wait but it was still OK, the worst part is then the driver said he had to pick up two more passengers, with the traffics and all that, we finally arrived at Longo at 3:20pm. I was in his van for more than ONE WHOLE HOUR! I told the driver I was in a hurry but he did not even care one bit. This shuttle service really killed me, I didn't expect so much time has to be wasted using this terrible service.
I've always loved Longo until this day. The long wait for pick ups, the long trips and stops, the attitude of the driver, are the worst experience I have had with Toyota. I'll never ever select their shuttle service again.

Matthew was awesome he is the only person I go to when I need service and the mechanic I request is Raymond. I will go home and come back another day when they are there. That is the trust I have in the both of them. They are great
