Arasi was very helpful, she answered all of my questions. Also, I was very stressed and deeply concerned about my car and she was able to make me feel calm. I will continue to have my car serviced at El Minte Toyota and recommend my family and friends to Arasi.

Although efforts were made to service my vehicle out of warranty which I greatly appreciate, I did not receive the notifications regarding my car's status as promised. First I received a text that it would be ready on the 27th....then it was possibly ready on Monday, Memorial Day which I don't think Longo was open for service because it was a holiday. Tuesday the 30th, I called and someone told me that my car was ready, pending paperwork and that I would receive a call or text...no such thing and it didn't happen. I just needed a status call so I could make other transportation arrangements.

I spent $400 there, and my car was not even fix , My car was there a day and a half and they had time to diagnose the car but could not , they wanted more money to work on the car , nobody can give me a straight answer , they told me they could not fix it it would require more time there, they had a Knouff time and my car was not fix, I should have not been charged $400, I felt like I had been robbed , I took the car there because you guys have the best mechanics, I was wrong , I should've never taken the car there .
