I was unhappy about the time it took for my vehicle to be ready, nearly 5 hours. The Service Advisor was great and apologized multiple times for the delay and explained being short staffed. Service Advisor did include a discount on my final invoice but frankly I wouldn't have mind paying for the complete invoice if my vehicle was completed in the promised time frame. I do not want to be contacted for further feedback.
