Was told after my promise time of 11:00 AM (2 hours for a minor service 55k miles) that the technician had just picked up my paperwork and that it would be around another 35-40 minutes. I didnt recieve my car until 12:00 PM when I had arrived at 8:35 AM for my service appointment which was scheduled at 8:45 AM.
Also when i pulled up in the service line (I was at the front of the line) waiting for a service manager to come contact me, cars behind me, who arrived after me, were being taken care of first. And i waited until 8:57 AM until someone came over to my car.
